How We Make Our Chairs
- Raw Material Treatment
- Frame Assembly & Surface Treatment
- Cushioning Filling & Upholstery
- Quality Inspection & Packaging
-
Raw Material Treatment
Wood panels, metal, fabrics, and PU leathers are cut, sewn, bent, etc., to the required sizes and shapes. Each component is carefully checked for damage, surface defects, or inconsistencies before moving forward.
-
Frame Assembly & Surface Treatment
Using handheld electric drills and hardware fasteners, we assemble the mteal and plywood structure and ensure it stays stable and makes no noise when shaken. Then the frames go through polishing, powder coating, or painting to improve durability, corrosion resistance, and overall finish quality.
-
Cushioning Filling & Upholstery
Our high-resilience foam padding is shaped for comfort. We cut and fix it to the base, then cover fabrics and PU leathers with nail guns to secure the seat structure and achieve a clean finish.
-
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Each chair undergoes careful inspection of structure, finish, and comfort. Only products that pass are packaged, using protective materials to ensure safe delivery, especially for bulk orders and long-distance shipping.
Advanced Panel Furniture Manufacturing Process
Material Preparation
01
Our tables are primarily made from high-quality medium-density fiberboard (MDF), tempered glass, sintered/artificial stone, and powder-coated steel. The tabletops and frames are cut using advanced machinery according to the design specifications.

Panel & Frame Sanding
02
Panels and frames are carefully polished and cleaned to remove burrs, cracks, or rough areas. This ensures a smooth surface and strong adhesion for the finishing layers.
Surface Covering (Paper Veneer)
03
To enhance durability, heat resistance, and appearance, we apply paper veneer to tabletops and edges. This creates natural wood or stone textures with a glossy finish while reducing production costs, especially for large orders.
Drilling & Assembly
04
Holes for joints and connectors are drilled, then tabletops and frames are assembled using hardware and fasteners. Every table is checked for stability and sturdiness.

Quality Control & Safe Packaging
05
Each table undergoes functional and visual inspections, including stability, load capacity, and accessory checks. To save costs and maximize container efficiency, our tables are designed with a detachable structure and flat-pack packaging. This ensures your tables are safe during transport and easy to assemble upon delivery.
