MDF Board

Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is made by compressing wood fibers, resin, and wax under high heat and pressure. It has a smooth, knot-free surface, making it best for painted or veneered tabletops where edge finishing is required. MDF can be easily cut, milled, and shaped without cracking or chipping. Compared to solid wood, it costs roughly 40% less while offering high stability and value.

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is a specially heat-treated, high-strength glass that is four to five times stronger than regular glass, capable of withstanding everyday wear and high temperatures. For tabletops, edges are often finished with flat polishing, pencil polishing, or beveling to ensure safety and aesthetics.
If broken, tempered glass shatters into small, blunt pieces rather than sharp shards, making it a safe choice for homes with children, pets, or elderly family members.

Sintered Stone / Engineered Stone

Sintered stone is a high-performance engineered surface made by fusing natural minerals, such as quartz, porcelain, and glass, under extreme heat and pressure. It creates durable, scratch-resistant, non-porous, and heat-resistant tabletops suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, without fading over time. Our sintered stone can mimic high-end materials like marble and is available in multiple thicknesses to match different furniture styles.

Powder-Coated Iron Frame

The metal frame is finished with electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing, creating a smooth, sealed surface. It offers reliable resistance to chipping, scratching, and fading, is suitable for table and chair legs in daily use, and is easy to clean.

Reinforced MDF

Compared to standard MDF, reinforced MDF is a dense panel made from ultra-fine wood fibers, wax, and synthetic resin, under high pressure and high heat. It offers a solid, substantial feel similar to real wood, providing the stability, density, and strength needed for furniture legs at a lower production cost. Its consistent density across the entire panel allows precise cutting and shaping in any direction, especially for modern, design-forward tables, side tables, and chairs.

Performance Fabric

High-performance fabrics are typically made from polyester, acrylic, or other synthetic fibers designed to withstand heavy use, including homes with children or pets, and outdoor spaces. FurniShion's performance fabrics combine premium fibers, UV-stable pigments, and protective finishes to resist spills, stains, mold, and sunlight, while remaining soft and comfortable to the touch. Even if dirt, muddy paw prints, or sticky fingerprints occur, they can be easily wiped clean with mild soapy water.

PU Leather / Faux Leather

PU leather (faux leather) is an affordable, vegan-friendly alternative to real leather. Made by coating a fabric backing with a polymer, it offers a soft, flexible feel similar to genuine leather, while being easy to clean and water-resistant.
Modern furniture manufacturers use it for commercial and residential sofas, lounge chairs, bar stools, and other furniture, reducing production costs while maintaining the same durability.

High-Resilience Foam

It is a high-density polyurethane foam used in furniture, weighing 2.5–3.0 lbs per cubic foot or higher. Compared to conventional foam, it is bouncy and lightweight, quickly regaining its shape after compression, providing long-lasting support. Its open-cell structure also allows better airflow, helping prevent premature breakdown.
