Raw Material Inspection

All incoming materials, including fabric, metal tubing, hardware, wood panels, and cushions used in our tables and chairs, are carefully reviewed for quality. Key inspections include:

• • Fabric: REACH compliance and colorfastness testing
• • Wood: moisture content, knots, and warping
• • Metal Tubes: wall thickness ≥1.2 mm
• • Cushion Foam: density 25 kg/m³

We also verify environmental certifications and formaldehyde content. Any materials that fail to meet our standards are returned before use.

In-Process Checks

During production, multiple random checks are carried out and recorded to ensure our products match the order specifications. Each table and chair is carefully checked for accurate dimensions, stable joints, precise seams and edges, and consistent paint or clearcoat application.

Finished Product Inspection

Before leaving the factory, our QC team performs a full inspection based on the order details, such as:

• • Appearance: No scratches, dents, or color variation. All welded joints must be smooth, with electroplated or powder-coated surfaces tested for adhesion
• • Structural Integrity: stability tests (e.g., chair tilt), smooth operation of doors/drawers, weight-bearing capacity

This ensures that every item performs reliably in both commercial and residential settings.

Pre-Shipment Sampling & Customer QC

All approved products are packaged for export with moisture- and impact-resistant materials and proper labeling. We can also provide on-site or third-party QC services tailored to client requirements, such as sampling 5 % of products before shipment.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

During carton loading, our team verifies quantities, furniture types, and colors, taking photos for documentation. A final assessment is conducted, including assembly checks and load testing, to confirm compliance with your specifications.
